1. Students should arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Please be on time.
2. Students should arrive in costume, with hair styled and light make-up applied. If you have several class pictures, then arrive prepared for your first picture. Bring make-up, hair pins, hair spray, etc, for touch ups.
3. All Students will change for multiple class pictures in Studio A. If you have more than one costume, please remember to bring your costumes and accessories, labeled with your name. Students will change in the dressing room between shoots.
4. All costume changes must be quick and efficient, so that we can stay on schedule.
5. Students should be prepared with appropriat tights, shoes, accessories. This is a dres rehearsal before the real dress rehearsal!
6. Absolutely no parents in photo session. Parents will not be alled to photograph during our photo shoots. Please respect the photographers request. Also, no siblings or visitors will be allowed in the studio sessions.
7. The photographer will digitally insert backgrounds, so we will not be changing the canvas to accentuate costumes and mood of the dance. This will be a big timesaver!
8. Parents will not have any forms to fill out!! Parents/ students will need to take home a “How to View Proofs and Order Prints” brochure on the day of pictures, so that they can preview & order pictures online from home.
9. All students are encourage to participate in Picture Day, so that class potos include as many students from each class as possible.
10. A class photo will be taken during the scheduled picture time. An individual photo ** will be taken, if you request. If you miss your scheduled class picture, you may attend the scheduled make-up session (for individual pictures only.)
11 ** Only 2 or 3 individual pictures will be taken. Seniors take note!!! Decide on your picture pose before you get in front of the camera!! We will allocate only 3-5 minutes maximum for individual pictures. No exceptions!!
