Are you passionate, professional and want to inspire preschool aged children through the fine arts?  Prince William Dance Academy is hiring Fine Arts Club teaching instructors to begin teaching our program in March 2021.

We are looking for an outgoing individual who is enthusiastic about facilitating programs and inspiring students through the fine arts. If you are someone who is passionate, hardworking, willing to take initiative and open to feedback, we want to hear from you! We believe in an integrated approach to learning that is theme based and offer three levels for children 2-5 years of age.  Each class enjoys dance, yoga, fitness, music, art and drama.

 

Hours:

Part time (4-10 hours per week) starting; Potential for more hours

Daytime weekday morning + afternoon

 

What we need from you:

 

  • Previous teaching experience serving as a patient, passionate and high energy teacher

  • Dedicated to the growth and development of children

  • Early childhood certificate

  • Experience and credentials in the fine arts, dance or fitness is considered an asset

  • Current standard first aid & CPR-C/AED certification is considered an asset

  • Smiles and love of children

Teacher Program Training, supplies and lesson plans for activities including dance, fitness, yoga, art.

 (Teacher Training begins in February)

The Fine Arts Club is a diverse, all-inclusive program for children ages 2.5-5 years. It's fun and active curriculum allows children to develop social skills and talents at a young age. Children will participate in Dance, Yoga and Fitness classes while enjoying Music, Art and Drama lessons. Students have a variety of classes to enjoy filled with imagination and creativity. The goal of the program is to enhance each child's overall development by advancing gross and fine motor skills and improving social, cognitive and emotional awareness.
