At Prince William Dance Academy, our summer camps give children a fun, encouraging place to dance, create, make friends, and enjoy the magic of being a kid.

What ages are Prince William Dance Academy summer camps for?
PWDA summer camps are designed for children ages 4.5–9.Camps are grouped and structured specifically for younger children with age-appropriate music, movement, games, and activities.
Does my child need dance experience to attend?
No dance experience is needed. Our summer dance camps are beginner-friendly and designed for children of all experience levels, including kids trying dance for the very first time.
Where are the summer camps located?
Prince William Dance Academy is located in the heart of Nokesville, VA near Bristow, Gainesville, and Manassas in Prince William County.

What happens during a typical camp day?
Each camp day includes themed dance classes, creative movement, crafts, games, music, snack time, and fun activities designed to keep kids active, engaged, and excited throughout the day.
Are the morning and afternoon camps different?
Yes. Each morning and afternoon session has its own unique theme, activities, music, crafts, and choreography.
For example, a child can register to attend a Bluey morning camp and a Zootopia afternoon camp during the same week.
Can my child stay all day?
Yes. Families can register for both the morning and afternoon camps during the same week to create a full-day experience. PWDA also offers a supervised lunch add-on between camp sessions.
What is the supervised lunch add-on?
The supervised lunch add-on allows children attending both the morning and afternoon camps to stay at the studio between sessions for lunch supervision.
Campers should bring their own packed lunch.
What is Fun Friday?
Fun Friday is an optional Friday add-on that extends your child’s camp week with additional dancing, games, activities, and summer fun from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM.
Families can register for Fun Friday even if their child is not attending the full camp week
Do summer camps fill up quickly?
Yes. Prince William Dance Academy intentionally keeps camp groups smaller so children receive personal attention and have the best possible experience. Many families register early to secure their preferred camp themes and schedules.
